Low Self-Esteem

What is Low Self-Esteem
Most people with low self-esteem talk negatively about themselves. They are very critical about themselves and believe they have very little to offer life. Their self value is very limited at best. They fail to identify any achievement's or accomplishments. They go out of their way to make others happy with them however they don't think they deserve compliments or praise. Often they have difficulty asking for help as they either feel embarrassed or undeserving.
